IDROPNEUMATHIC UNITS - Hydro-pneumatic unit

The HYDRO-PNEUMATIC UNIT is made up of an air-controlled cylinder, a tank containing oil and a solenoid valve controlling the oil passage in the direction of the oleo-dynamically controlled stroke; this step enables to stop the cylinder stroke in several points at choice, with the highest accuracy and certainty it will stop steadily in the set points.
The HYDRO-PNEUMATIC UNIT is pneumatically-controlled by the standard compressed air network, but the operation is mixed air-oil type. There can be several cylinder speeds depending on the diameter of the oil passage hole in the solenoid valve; further, two solenoid valves can be installed if two different speeds are necessary. The oil-controlled stroke can be at the exit or return of the stem; the other exit or return phase is always fast, as it is directly controlled by the supply network. The stroke length is upon the customer's request.

The HYDRO-PNEUMATIC UNITS can be ordered in 3 different versions:
- with stem upwards, with stem downwards and horizontal, with or without damping in the fast phase.
The series of the HYDRO-PNEUMATIC UNITS by Omlac has Ø 32 - 40 - 50 - 63.

Working fluid: oil SAE 20/30 and oil-mist lubricated filtered compressed air.
Recommended oil: A.T.F Dexron 2
